The Bride Test by Helen Hoang

I'm melting
The cameos.
Also I live for clueless smitten boys. Iconic.
Why do I feel very seen by this....
Khai is great.
I really liked that the author made the characters who were on the spectrum into people, instead of a robotic stereotype, and even when they fit that stereotype, they still cared about people (Surprise, people have emotions). I liked that the other characters treated them like human beings...like....

The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang

I appreciate it when we break stereotypes. Especially when it's about gender and jobs.
I don't understand why Stella would actually google what she googled, but she be brave.
Also apparently Michael looks better than Daniel Henney. I love Daniel Henney. Is it because he voiced Tadashi in Big Hero 6 and his voice is fantastic and he was in Criminal Minds...yes.
Consent is great. I'm here for it. It should be a standard, but honestly. Excellent.
Ok but like. The inherent value and dignity of the human person and actually caring about the person you're with. *Grabs soap box*

edit: looks at Daniel's IMDB page, and he's in The Wheel of Time TV series and I just started reading that series.
