A Venom Dark and Sweet by Judy I Lin

The pacing was kind of slow for like....85% of the book.
But I love that we got Kan's (spelling cause I can't remember his name rn) perspective.
The food descriptions and the magic system.
Part of me like....wishes that they had filled out the story between the last chapter and the epilogue...cause there was emotional potential there.
