Chain of Iron by Cassandra Clare

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh
when you know things and you can't do anything about them and you want to strangle a character, and you're starting to like another character but you still dislike them.
Honestly all of my babies deserve the world. Protect all the Carstairs and Herondales and all their friends.
I love Cordelia and I would kill for her. Someone give Matthew a hug. And Thomas. And Alistair. And Christopher. We love all the muppet babies. I just want to take all of them away from Cassie until she learns how to not hurt them.
why are the children always unsupervised?

Chain of Gold by Cassandra Clare

Boys are stupid. Daisy deserves the world and she should be protected.
Ahh ducks.
A dog. Named Oscar Wilde. Perfect.
Alastair... a beautiful cactus
Thomas is a sweetie.
All of my ships.. beautiful
Me catching all of the hints Clare is dropping and guessing plot twists/evil characters:
Oh, yeah. It's all coming together. Anime Cartoon Forehead Fictional character

Chain of Gold by Cassandra Clare

Will and Tessa's stories continue! Well, through their kids but I'll take it. Loving the Edwardian times, shadowhunter shenanigans, and unrequited romance freaking everywhere.

City of Ashes by Cassandra Clare

Second book in the Mortal Instrument series reread. Love seeing the Jace/Simon friendship start to blossom whether the characters know it or not. Clare is still a bit choppy in the writing department at this time, but I love the characters and the action is well written.

Queen of Air and Darkness by Cassandra Clare

Last book of the Dark Artifices trilogy, but not the last of the Shadowhunter novels thank goodness. I'm stupidly obsessed. I love that we get to see a new cast of characters for each series but my old favorites play significant roles. This series has forbidden love, death and heartbreak, werewolves, faeries, vampires, warlocks, angels, demons, and an immortal cat named Church (y'all read Pet Semetary?)
