I knew the ending to the original trilogy was too good to be true and this book explains that feeling. It was really cool to see Zu's perspective after so long and see her gain the confidence that was stolen from her in the camps. This book really felt like the beginning of a new trilogy with the introduction of new characters, new plot issue, and more for the Psi to fight before they can be accepted. However, I am not getting my hopes up too much since it has been four years since it was published.
