One for My Enemy by Olivie Blake

All the Romeo and Juliet vibes.
And the Shakespeare vibes.
I feel like there were more Shakespeare vibes that I was missing...because Roma gave me Lady MacBeth vibes...

Alone With You in the Ether by Olivie Blake

Hexagons are the bestagons

"Statistics: the con artist of math"
My math brain. I love it. My love of information. Yes. Tell me all the things.
The humor. The writing style. I love it.

The technicality arguing is just. Chef's kiss.
7 AM MASS. YAAAAAAAS.
It's the trying to figure the other person out and also knowing you'll never figure them out, and loving people with a mental illness for me.

Atlas Paradox by Olivie Blake

Seeing the two societies that want to make information available to everyone, versus protecting it cause the information is dangerous (and obviously there's other drama).
We have more perspectives, and I loved getting inside of Gideon's head.
So I hate half of the characters..... And I really hope the third book doesn't make me hate all of them....because like....the characters that I still like are like...cool.... Yes it's Callum, Nico, Gideon, and Tristan.
When a character is shocked that most people are actually selfish, like not even in a big way, but like....prioritizes themselves and their well-being.
Also characters doing bad things in the hopes of a good outcome....like...that's not how it works..... Do I want to start a soap box speech about morality....yes.

The short story that was like... the pre-order incentive if you bought Atlas Six--but it came with the Atlas Paradox audiobook
I loved the entire game that was being played during the attempt to write a paper.

The Atlas Six by Olivie Blake

Ok but working in a library has like...actually given me opinions on like....making information accessible to all versus keeping it for the elite and the privileged... .like...
Once again I say, y'all gotta be careful with absinthe
I'm re-reading the Atlas Six because the Atlas Paradox came out and like...

The Atlas Six by Olivie Blake

SCREECHES because Steve West is one of the readers.
The library of Alexandria with a cult.
It's got The Deadly Education and Umbrella Academy vibes and like...chef's kiss
Max. Did my brain go to Fullmetal Alchemist for a hot sec....yes.
That is steamy and I am blushing.
This. Is. Why. We. Don't. Drink. Entire. Bottles. Of. Absinth.
Callum did you just quote Mr. Darcy.
Ok but all this talking about dreams is making me think of Bunny the dog.
My academic/philosophical brain is happy.
