"After the Rain" by Daisy Harris

Book two in the Fire and Rain series finds Henri, a college senior, nursing a broken heart.  His rich and stylish boyfriend has been cheating on him and has left him for a woman.  On top of that, he's in the middle of a health scare.  To take his mind off of his problems, his friends (Jesse and Tomas from book one) talk him into going camping in southern Canada.  However, he didn't know that he would have to share a five hour drive and a tent with a stranger.  Logan is a firefighter originally from Texas, but he might as well be from Mars to Henri.  But as they get to know each other, Henri sees that Logan is truly sweet and genuine, a big change from his usual scene.  I liked this story even though Henri could be a pill.  His health scare lends to the angst of two opposites attracting.  161 pages (Kindle edition).
