Annie Capshaw, teller at Pioneer Savings and Loan, business manager of Bellywasher's pub and part-time amateur sleuth must clear her friend's name of the murder. I found the characters flat, the plot slow-moving and the writing somewhat cumbersome. There are better culinary mystery series available. 237 pages.
