I had really high hopes for this book, but I have to admit - this was my least favorite of the trilogy.  As the book went on, it dragged.  I felt it kept getting more ridiculous (rather than intense as I suspect the author wanted).  I had a hard time making it through the middle.  And the end, while decent, did not live up to my expectations.  I wanted a huge, all out ending.  Didn't happen.

Still a good series, and I'm glad I read it.
