This suffers from some of the same issues as book one, but I thought the storytelling was a bit better. Also, I liked how it took a different angle and explained things, even if sometimes it didn't explain things in a way that was satisfactory.

Book 2 is about the children of the quadruple in book 1. The children decide to lead a different sort of life, until blam. They're hit by the sharing curse, and they get pulled down the path towards quadrupledom.

Again, it sometimes felt like staring at a train wreck, but I think that's part of the weird charm.
