SUMMARY: Jenny King moves to Pelican Cove to
get a new start on life after being dumped by her husband. She settles into
baking at the Boardwalk Café, but turns to sleuthing when her aunt is accused
of murder. Of course, there is the usual
love-hate relationship with the local sheriff.
REVIEW: This book had too much stomping off
and petulance in the heroine for me to find it enjoyable. I’d pass this one by.
