SUMMARY: In book one, Claire’s car breaks down
outside Brightwater Bay. She is forced to stay for a few days, first while her
car is repaired and later when a murder victim dies on her doorstep. Being the
outsider, Claire feels she must get to the bottom of the mystery to clear her
name. In book two, Claire has decided to make Brightwater Bay her home. But
that doesn’t stop her from being considered a suspect when another person winds
up dead.
REVIEW: These are light, quick reads, but
could use a bit of editing.
